Mark has over 30 years valuable experience as a corporate lawyer , and is passionate about assisting and developing businesses, particularly, in the owner managed sector. As well as being legally trained , Mark is interested in the people side of business , and all importantly its effective financial management.
Since the 1990s Mark has completed many high value M & A transactions, MBOs and Corporate reorganisations. More recently he has held senior positions in large owner managed businesses, and continues to work closely with a broad range of Corporate Clients.
Born 25th May 1961 , Mark is a qualified Solicitor (admitted 1986) was educated at Wellow House School , Nottinghamshire , and Pocklington School near York , before graduating from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with LLB Hons.
